Customer Support Representative

Compensation: $24-$29 per hour

Independence Home Health is seeking a dependable Customer Support Representative to assist clients and families with questions, service needs, and general support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with service, scheduling, and account questions.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow up on requests and provide timely updates.
• Work with internal teams to resolve client needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer support software.
• Organized, dependable, and professional.
