Customer Support Representative
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company’s products and solutions.
• Generate new leads through market visits, client meetings, referrals, emails, LinkedIn, social media and other relevant channels.
• Convert prospects into qualified leads through effective communication, persuasion, relationship building and consistent follow-up.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
• Handle customer objections professionally and use strong negotiation and convincing skills to move prospects toward business closure.
• Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, potential customers, competitor activities, pricing and market trends within the fire protection and safety sector.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, seminars, product promotions and corporate events.
• Support the company’s social media activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Create and assist in developing marketing content, presentations and promotional materials using Canva and other relevant design tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, visits, and business development activities.
