About the role

We are looking for a motivated, skilled, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to meaningful projects in the life insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business process transactions with a high level of accuracy and adherence to procedures
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to align on operational goals
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, bottleneck identification, and data analysis
• Assist with quality assurance and ensure full compliance with established standards
• Support senior analysts in analyzing data trends and generating operational reports
• Maintain and update process documentation to reflect current workflows
• Work closely with the team to achieve performance targets and quality metrics

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on business process transactions
• Demonstrated proficiency in business process management and operational optimization
• Continuous learner committed to staying updated on industry trends and technology
