Customer Support Representative

About the Role

easyIME is looking for customer Support representatives to join our growing customer support team.

We are open to both freshers and candidates with 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently interact with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and assist customers with their questions and concerns.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with customers in English.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with easyIME services and application-related queries.
• Respond to customer emails and follow up on pending customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system/CRM.
• Identify customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Follow company SOPs, processes, and quality standards.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, SLA, and customer service targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, voice process, or international customer support can also apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

• International Customer Support
• U.S. Customer Service
• BPO / Voice Process

However, prior experience is not mandatory for candidates with strong English communication skills.

Shift & Working Schedule

Shift: Night Shift

Shift Timing: 9-hour shift scheduled between 5:00 PM IST and 6:00 AM IST, based on business requirements.

Working Days: 5 days per week.

Saturday Requirement: Employees may be required to work 1–2 Saturdays per month based on business requirements. When a Saturday is a working day, the corresponding weekly off will generally be provided on a Friday, as per the shift schedule.

Weekly Off: Generally Saturday/Sunday, subject to the monthly roster and business requirements.

Holiday & Leave Calendar: Leave and holiday schedules will be managed as per company policy and the U.S. business calendar, based on the requirements of the role and customer support operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
