Role Overview:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, address queries, and resolve issues effectively to deliver high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions or resolutions.
- Maintain clear record logs of customer interactions.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: HSC (10+2) pass out or Graduates (Freshers can apply).
- Language: Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Shift: Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
