Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls and other communication channels
• Assist customers with flight and travel-related queries
• Provide information about bookings, changes, cancellations, and ticketing
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve booking issues
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information
• Provide professional customer service to USA and Pakistan-based customers
