What they need
- Monitoring of web tracking system (Standard, Corporate & Basic).
- Managing and assisting client concerns via email, phone calls & live agent.
- Updating of record in Pipedrive.
- Replenishment of client web tracking platform.
- Sending of the client(s) web platform access.
- Assisting technician installation logs and coordination
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer support or related field
