Job Title: Customer Support Representative & Operations Executive

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Qualification: Graduation in any stream

Salary: Negotiable (Based on skills and experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Assist customers with their queries and provide timely support.

• Handle customer calls, messages, and requests professionally.

• Support daily operational activities and maintain accurate records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Resolve basic customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain clear communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

Skills & Requirements:-

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers are welcome to apply!

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

• Good coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
