Role Description:
Non-voice team for US Property & Casualty Insurance that supports customer and agent inquiries through chat and back-office alert processing (Alerts Prep and Alerts Work).. This team does not handle phone or voice interactions
Experience Requirements
· Experience providing Insurance customer support within a high-volume, complex environment preferred.
· Insurance process –BPO/GCC overall experience of 1 to 3 years.
· 1 year of contact center or customer support experience preferred.
· Fluent English required, written and spoken.
· 1 year of experience in insurance or related field preferred
· US Property & Casualty Insurance customer service desired.
Education Requirements
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
