Salary Structure

Freshers

• CTC: ₹23,951 per month
• Performance-Linked Incentive (PLI): ₹2,500 per month
• Statutory Bonus: ₹2,548 per month
• Total Package: ₹29,000 per month

Experienced Candidates

• CTC: ₹24,410 per month
• Performance-Linked Incentive (PLI): ₹3,000 per month
• Statutory Bonus: ₹2,597 per month
• Total Package: ₹30,000 per month

PLI is applicable after training and depends on attendance, login hours, quality assurance (QA), and customer satisfaction (CSAT/DSAT) performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer interactions through voice support.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good technical aptitude and a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to work primarily night shifts.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• 5 working days per week.
• 2 rotational week-offs.
• 10-hour shift, including a 1-hour break.
• Cab facility available for eligible night shifts only.
• Leave restrictions apply during the first 3 months, except weekly offs.

Relocation Benefits

Available for outstation candidates only:

• 10 days of complimentary accommodation on a dual-occupancy basis.
• One-way bus, train, or flight ticket.
• Relocation bonus of up to ₹10,000.
• Relocation bonus is not applicable to rehires.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
