Customer Support Representative

Our Waukesha team is expanding its customer-support operation and needs people who genuinely enjoy conversation, problem-solving, and helping someone reach a clear next step. As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage inbound calls, emails, and online requests while working with a close-knit team that shares information and supports one another during busy periods.

This is an on-site role in Waukesha with free employee parking. Full-time and part-time schedules are available Monday through Friday, with predictable daytime hours agreed during onboarding.

Pay: $21.25–$25.75 per hour
Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Part-time schedule: 24–30 hours per week within regular weekday operations

Where you step in

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to support emails.
• Listen carefully and identify what the customer needs.
• Explain services, processes, appointments, and account information.
• Record conversations and update customer details within the CRM.
• Complete straightforward account changes and service requests.
• Coordinate follow-ups with administrative and operations teams.
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate supervisor.
• Check that open customer requests receive a timely response.

The Customer Support Representative will communicate with customers from Waukesha, the surrounding county, and the wider Milwaukee metro. Some questions can be resolved during the first conversation; others will require research or assistance from another department. Accurate notes and dependable follow-through are therefore just as important as a friendly telephone manner.

Your first weeks will include structured, paid training covering the company’s services, customer procedures, phone system, email standards, CRM records, privacy expectations, and escalation process. An experienced colleague will be available while you begin handling customer inquiries.
