Role: Customer Support Officer - International Voice (L1/L2/L3)Location: Bangalore**Shift Time :**1 PM - 10 PM IST (Uk shift)
Preferred candidate profile :
Minimum 6 months of International Voice experience
- Dedicated sourcing support with a consistent pipeline of quality candidates
- Candidate line-ups for twice-weekly hiring drives, including mandatory Saturday drives
- Submission of eligible candidates with relevant experience and complete documentation
- Strong focus on quality, compliance, conversion, and minimizing candidate drop-offs
