Customer Support Representative

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US healthcare facilities and imaging centers. • Coordinate with facility staff regarding radiology studies, workflow, and operational requirements. • Respond to facility-related queries and provide timely assistance as per process guidelines. • Coordinate with internal Teleradiology, Operations, and Radiologist teams when required. • Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolution of facility concerns. • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team. • Accurately document calls, requests, and actions taken in the relevant systems. • Maintain professional communication and strong telephone etiquette while interacting with international clients. • Ensure adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and confidentiality requirements. • Meet defined quality, productivity, response-time, and customer-service targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Strong listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable communicating with US-based healthcare facilities over the phone. • Good problem-solving and coordination skills. • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple applications. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. • Willingness to work in US/night shifts and rotational weekly offs. • Freshers with strong communication skills may apply. • Prior experience in international voice support, healthcare BPO, or teleradiology support is an advantage
