Customer Support Representative

Sky Mart Sales LLC, a GracoRoberts company, is a leading supplier of chemicals and lubricants in the aviation industry, established in 1985. We pride ourselves on integrity, passion, and innovation. Now we are looking for a contract-based Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize workflow given by the Sales Team
• Identify parts and how to find/source them
• Enter quote details including vendor info in Quantum (Inventory Software)
• Ongoing maintenance of company database with client’s current information
• Assist Account Team with order entry and open order management
• Provide backup resource when Account Team member is out of the office
• Key sales orders for contract accounts into Quantum

Expected Results (Output):

• Ensure quotes are handled quickly
• Ensure that clients’ orders be shipped on time
• Effectively manage time across several tasks

Qualifications:

• Customer service focused and oriented
• Good and understanding clients’ needs and requirements
• Good at working under pressure/deadlines/AOG situations
• Detailed understanding of how company culture’s work
• Pro-active
• Good at multi-tasking
• Excellent communication skills
• Pleasant and friendly on the phone and emails
• Bilingual. English level C1 or higher.
• Excel intermediate level.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Self-motivated and enjoys an office environment
