Customer Support Representative

Meade Willis, a global B2B E-Business and systems integration company, specializes in Supply Chain Solutions, SaaS, EDI, Outsourcing, and end-to-end process automation.

Meade Willis is looking for a full-time customer support representative contract position.

Customer Support Representative

• Provide technical and customer support

• Have strong written and spoken abilities in both English and Spanish (advanced level for both)

• Previous customer support experience

• Computer knowledge is a necessity

• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully

• Being responsible for your own work and complete tasks independently

• Ability to solve customer support issues on the phone and via email

• Ability to analyze technical documentation (training provided)

• Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge is required

• Communicate with managers in Canada and provide reports

• Ability to support internal and external stakeholders

Working conditions:

• Work online from 4 PM - 12 AM (Eastern Time). *EVENING SHIFT*

OR

• Work online from 8 AM - 4 PM (Eastern Time). *MORNING SHIFT*

• Work at the convenience of your own home.

• Have your own computer (PC, not MAC) and good/fast internet access

• 1 year renewable contract, based on performance
• $800 to 925 USD/month as a starting pay, depending on experience
