We're growing our team and are looking for a Full-Time Customer Support Representative to represent one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands, Frontier. In this customer-facing role, you'll work directly with customers to answer questions, introduce products and services, and help each person find solutions that best fit their lifestyle and connectivity needs.

Customer Support Representative Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to learn about their wireless, internet, and connectivity needs.
• Educate customers on Frontier products, services, and current promotions.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance while helping customers make informed decisions.
• Assist with account questions, service options, and general customer support.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
• Stay up to date on Frontier products and new service offerings through ongoing training.
• Work alongside your team to create an outstanding customer experience while contributing to daily goals.

Customer Support Representative Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or other people-focused positions is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
