Job Title: Customer Support Representative– US Voice Process

Experience: 1+ Year

Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for the US Voice Process. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, handling inbound/outbound calls, and resolving customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via voice calls.
• Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document customer interactions and follow established processes.
• Meet productivity and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care/Voice Process.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

Location: Mohali, Sec 74

Shift: Rotational Shifts (US Process)

Full Time- WFO

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
