Customer Support Representative - CSR | Roxas Site

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Roxas City. The successful candidate will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and providing excellent service through inbound and outbound calls. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college undergraduate
• With or without BPO/customer service experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
• Process customer requests and provide accurate information
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
