Customer Support Representative E-mail (EN)

Join an international customer experience team in Jogjakarta as an Email Customer Support Specialist . You will provide high-quality support to customers through email while ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries primarily through email in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with issues and escalate when necessary
• Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with a fast response time and solution-oriented approach
• Maintain a positive and professional tone in all written communications

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major
• No Prior experience needed. Training will be provided
• Fluent in English (minimum B1) with good written communication skills
• Fast typing skills and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
