Customer Support Representative – (English Fluency Mandatory)

We are hiring a Male / Female Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 per month
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (onsite)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Office-based

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident and professional communication with USA clients
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle client conversations professionally on call
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory

The primary requirement for this role is strong English communication skills, as the candidate will be directly communicating with USA clients.
