Job Description

Outsource Origin is looking for responsible and motivated Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals with basic English skills, good common sense, and the ability to understand and solve customer problems.

Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. No previous experience is required.

Requirements

• Basic English reading, writing, and understanding skills.
• Good common sense and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Ability to communicate politely and professionally.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email.
• Assist customers with basic product-related questions.
• Understand customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Escalate technical issues to the relevant team.
• Maintain professional and timely communication.

Working Hours

Two shifts available:

• Day Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (Work from Office)
