The Role

From our office in Barcelona, our global team delivers outstanding support, empowering traders at every stage. If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, or customer service and thrive on helping people, this is your chance to grow with a company that’s going places.

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll support them through live chat, email, and phone, solving problems, answering questions, and making sure they feel confident every step of the way.

You don’t need forex experience — we’ll teach you what you need to know. What matters most is that you’re empathetic, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicating with clients via phone, live chat, and email
• Troubleshooting and resolving client issues quickly and clearly
• Assisting with account setup, deposits, withdrawals, and other account-related requests
• Taking ownership of the assigned market, including translations, market-specific content, and other back-office tasks
• Staying informed about our products, services, and market-specific requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Native Japanese speaker with fluent written and spoken English
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of issues from start to finish
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Enjoys working as part of a diverse, international team

It’s a Plus If You…

• Have experience in hospitality, retail, call centers, or customer support
• Have an interest in trading, financial markets, or fintech
• Have experience supporting international or Japanese-speaking clients
• Have experience with CRM or ticketing tools
