About the role

We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to launch or advance their career in customer service, regardless of prior BPO experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our clients, providing professional, friendly, and efficient support to customers across various channels. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty whilst contributing to the success of our client organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns
• Document customer interactions and transaction details accurately in the company system
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to the best of your ability, escalating complex matters to supervisors when necessary
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently
• Maintain a courteous and patient demeanour with all customers, even in challenging situations
• Contribute to team targets and performance metrics
• Participate in training programmes and ongoing professional development activities

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; with or without BPO Experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new software platforms
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting attendance expectations
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
• No prior BPO or customer service experience required – we provide comprehensive training
• Preference for candidates with flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
