Customer Support Representative – Nuvali Site

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY. This is a full-time position based at our Nuvali site in Laguna Calabarzon. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a vital part in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and a commitment to first-contact resolution
• Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers
• Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in the company database
• Following established protocols and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery
• Processing customer requests, including orders, returns, and account updates
• Escalating complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or specialised departments as appropriate
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues to meet departmental objectives
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional customer service training or certification is advantageous
• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably handling inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities, with a genuine desire to help customers
• Patience and emotional intelligence when dealing with challenging customer situations
• Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and relevant software applications
• Ability to work independently whilst remaining part of a collaborative team
• Time management skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks whilst maintaining accuracy
• Flexibility to work shifts as required, including potential weekend or evening hours
• Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving customer satisfaction targets
