Customer Support Representative (Odoo ERP Required - WFH)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Representative with Odoo ERP experience to support customer communication, sales order processing, invoice management, and administrative operations.

This role will manage customer records, process orders, support invoicing activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate is organised, process-driven, and confident working with ERP systems while supporting international customers.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

• Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP
• Experience in customer support, sales support, order processing, or administrative roles
• Experience managing sales orders and customer records within an ERP or CRM system
• Experience supporting invoice processing and transaction management
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process compliance
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with international clients
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused approach
• Experience supporting B2B customers or sales operations is an advantage
• Able to work onsite at either of our offices in Cebu City (IT Park) or Davao City (Robinson Cybergate Delta), or has a conducive workspace at home.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support
• Manage customer sales orders using Odoo ERP
• Review and process orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain customer records, order details, and documentation in Odoo
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth order fulfilment
• Support invoice processing and billing activities
• Review transaction details and identify discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Assist with sales administration and customer account support
• Follow established processes and contribute to workflow improvements
• Escalate concerns and support timely issue resolution
