What they need
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Consumer Electronics Account. This is a great opportunity for BPO professionals looking for a day-shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to consumer electronics products and services
- Provide accurate product information and appropriate solutions
- Assist customers with product, order, account, and service-related concerns
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a positive customer experience
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
About you
- At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
- College graduates are welcome to apply
- More than 1 year to 3 years of BPO/Contact Center experience
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling customer inquiries and concerns
- Willing to work on-site
