Customer Support Representative || Voice Process || Gurugram

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our International Voice/Chat Process. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
• Meet defined productivity and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above.
• More than 1 year experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
• Experience in International voice / chat process required
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
