Customer Support Representative (Seasonal)

Position Overview

We are hiring Seasonal Customer Support Representatives based in the Philippines to provide on‑demand customer service during peak periods. This role supports chat, email, and phone inquiries and follows structured SOPs to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Resolve issues related to orders, accounts, billing, and general support
• Follow detailed scripts, SOPs, and workflows
• Escalate complex cases to senior support when necessary
• Maintain strong CSAT, QA, and productivity metrics
• Work U.S. business hours or seasonal peak schedules

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or BPO roles
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Reliable WFH setup: laptop, headset, quiet workspace
• Stable internet connection (25 Mbps+)
• Ability to work flexible or seasonal schedules
• Fast learner comfortable with SOP‑driven workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e‑commerce, travel, or SaaS support
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias)

Contract Type

Independent contractor (Philippines‑based)

Work Hours

Philippines Night shift- 10pm to 6am

Monday to Friday

Pay: Php14,522.40 - Php33,196.81 per month
