Customer Support Representative/Teammate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers, resolving their queries politely and efficiently.
• Maintain high quality standards on every interaction by listening attentively and offering accurate solutions.
• Work across various shifts and operational schedules with flexibility.
• Collaborate with your team and team leaders to meet key performance metrics.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of documented experience in an International Voice Process (experience proof/employment documents mandatory).
• Education: Undergraduate Candidates are eligible
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with clear articulation.
• Work Preference: 100% comfortable working in a Work from Office environment.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts and Rotational Offs.
