Customer Support - Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support - Sales to handle customer queries, follow up with leads, build customer relationships, and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.

* Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.

* Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.

* Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.

* Maintain customer and sales records.

* Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.

* Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate with internal departments for timely order and service support.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, telecalling, or sales coordination.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-oriented and confident personality.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

* Ability to follow up effectively and achieve targets.

* Good English and Hindi communication.
