What is the job?

The Customer Support Specialist 2 is responsible in providing operational and administrative support by managing assigned data entry and documentation tasks to ensure accurate account handling.

Responsibilities:

• Support Operations with data entry and account-related tasks.
• Coordinate with Operations, Admin, and Customer Success teams.
• Accurately complete documents based on system requirements.
• Upload, organize, and maintain documents in internal systems.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance.
• Support daily workflows and complete tasks on time.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

• At least one (1) year of experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar coordination role.

• Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Demonstrates strong keyboarding skills, demonstrating speed and precision in data entry tasks.
