Qualifications JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree major in Arts in Marketing Communications, Journalism, Arts in

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• With 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service representative is an advantage

Job Description

• Receive and process orders from Sales Officers (via Sales Mate) and direct customers (purchase orders, fax, email, phone, SMS) in a courteous and timely manner.
• Check orders for accuracy and completeness, and follow up on any missing details or discrepancies.
• Confirm product availability, suggest alternatives if needed, place backorders, or inform customers of restock dates.
• Ensure promotions and freight charges are applied correctly according to company policies.
• Provide tracking details and delivery updates to customers.
• Coordinate order pick-ups and notify customers when their orders are ready.
