Job Summary

Narith Business Solutions is hiring experienced Customer Support Specialists – US Healthcare to handle customer queries, claims, billing, and patient/provider support. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and relevant experience in the US Healthcare or BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to US Healthcare services.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls as required.
• Assist with claims, medical billing, patient and provider queries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Requirements

• HSC / Graduate candidates can apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Customer Service.
• Experience in US Healthcare / BPO preferred.
• Experience in any of the following is an advantage:
• Medical Billing
• Claims
• Patient Support
• Provider Support
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• ₹40,000 In-hand per month
• 5 days working + 2 rotational week-offs
• 24/7 rotational shifts
