Customer Support Specialist

About the role

You will be responsible for providing timely, professional, and helpful support to customers while ensuring their concerns are properly documented and resolved. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through email
• Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, shipping, returns, and other customer concerns
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally
• Follow established customer service processes and guidelines
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Follow up on outstanding customer concerns
• Identify recurring customer issues and report them to the appropriate team
• Maintain a professional and positive tone in all customer communications

About you

• Strong written English communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience with email-based customer support is an advantage
• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk is a plus
