What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and providing excellent customer support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, accounts, billing, or general concerns.
• Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
• Process account updates and customer requests.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions using company systems.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No BPO experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Willing to work onsite in Iloilo
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required
