The role of the Customer Support Specialist will include:

• Answer inbound customer calls, webchats and emails professionally and efficiently
• Provide basic troubleshooting using the Technical User Guide and escalate to the Service Desk where required
• Provide quotes to customers, process and track orders and ensure all service delivery targets are met and exceeded
• Work very closely with teams across the organisation including Sales, Service Desk, Deployment and Management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Very strong Customer Service and Communication skills and ability to take ownership of outcomes for customers
• Ability to identify basic technical issues and apply guided troubleshooting with Customers and escalate as required
• Experience using webchat, E-Automate or Insight are not to have but not required
• Experience working in a similar customer focused role
