Customer Support Specialist

We are adding a Customer Support Associate to our Louisville team. Our customers reach out with questions, requests and the occasional problem, so we are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and helping make things easier.

You do not need to be overly corporate. We are looking for someone friendly, patient and confident who can listen, communicate clearly and make customers feel like they are being looked after.

A normal day

9:00am starts with checking the day's customer enquiries and getting up to speed on anything that needs attention.

From there, you will be answering customer calls and messages, responding to questions, helping resolve issues, updating customer information and working with other team members when something needs further attention.

There will be quieter periods too, when you can follow up on open requests, update records and make sure everything is organised.

We would like someone who

• Is patient when handling customer questions or concerns
• Can communicate clearly over the phone and in writing
• Is comfortable using computers and basic office systems
• Can stay organised when handling several requests
• Is reliable and works well as part of a team

Previous Customer Support Associate or customer service experience is useful but not essential. Retail, hospitality, call centre, reception and administrative backgrounds can also work well.

Monday to Friday
9:00am to 5:30pm
Full time
No evenings
No weekends
Paid training

The role also includes weekly pay, paid time off, health benefits and opportunities to progress into senior customer service, client support or office coordination.
