• Document customer interactions and support requests
• Pass more complex issues to the appropriate team member

Qualifications and Skills

• Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers
• Good communication and listening skills
• Patient and professional when handling questions
• Reliable and organised
• Comfortable using a computer, email and basic software
• Able to learn new systems and processes
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Previous customer service or customer support experience is helpful, but not required
