• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote relevant products and services.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless client support and issue resolution.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities when applicable, ensuring accuracy during transactions.

Skills

• Proven experience in customer support or call center environments with excellent phone communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and correspondence.

Pay: $24.46 - $29.46 per hour
