• Manage client accounts through accurate data entry and record keeping using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote additional services when appropriate
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and resolve concerns efficiently
• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions or upgrades
• Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure seamless client support

Requirements

• Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services is desirable
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
• Excellent English language skills; bilingual capabilities are a plus for broader communication reach
• Demonstrated ability in data entry, typing accuracy, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience with outbound calling, phone communication, and call center operations preferred
• Exceptional customer service problem-solving skills combined with patience and empathy during challenging interactions
• Knowledge of sales techniques, cash handling procedures, and technical troubleshooting is advantageous
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
