Customer Support Specialist (Parts Management)

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Salary: RM3,800 – RM4,500 per month

Our multinational client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Parts Management) to join their team and support the end-to-end management of service parts, distributor orders, warranty claims and after-sales operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in parts management, inventory, supply chain coordination or customer support to gain valuable exposure to regional operations and work closely with technical teams, distributors, service partners and supply chain stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Manage service parts inventory, forecasting and replenishment

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate parts distributor orders and monthly forecasts

• ⁠ ⁠Support technical teams, distributors and service partners

• ⁠ ⁠Manage spare parts warranty claims and defective parts returns

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate reverse logistics and warehouse verification

• ⁠ ⁠Process defective consumable claims and warranty submissions

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain SAP records, pricing and inventory reports

• ⁠ ⁠Monitor parts shortages, ETAs, slow-moving and obsolete parts

• ⁠ ⁠Work closely with regional, supply chain and service teams

We’re Looking For

• ⁠ ⁠Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field

• ⁠ ⁠Experience in parts management, inventory, forecasting or supply chain coordination

• ⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• ⁠ ⁠Good spreadsheet and data management skills

• ⁠ ⁠Excellent English communication skills

• ⁠ ⁠Highly organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities
