Customer Support Specialist

ScholarTrip is hiring a Customer Support Specialist in Jacksonville, Florida to assist customers with travel questions, bookings, and service requests. This is a remote position for Jacksonville-area candidates. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Pay: $23–$28/hour. No previous experience is required. Training is provided.

Duties

• Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
• Assist with bookings and travel requests.
• Help with itinerary updates and changes.
• Provide clear and accurate information.
• Maintain customer records and notes.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the Jacksonville, FL area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.

Extra Skills (Optional)

• Customer support experience.
• Familiarity with travel services.
• Experience with CRM software.
