Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM and other systems.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.

Experience

• Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage, especially proficiency in English plus additional languages.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general data entry proficiency.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and client services strategies to upsell or cross-sell products effectively.
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions or cash handling experience is a plus.

Pay: $3,900.84 - $4,950.84 per month
