Customer Support Specialist

You'll be the first point of contact for Nextel's customers helping them set up their AI agents, troubleshoot issues, and get the most out of the platform. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the founding team and have real impact on customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email and chat within SLA
• Help new customers onboard and configure their Sid AI Agents
• Identify, document and escalate bugs and product issues to the tech team
• Maintain and update help center articles based on recurring queries
• Collect customer feedback and share product improvement insights with the team

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech product
• Excellent written communication in English and Hindi
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools and basic tech troubleshooting
• Patient, empathetic and highly organised
• Bonus: Prior experience with WhatsApp Business API or marketing automation tools
