Customer Support Specialist

At Woolsocks we're looking for Barcelona-based Customer Support Specialist for a dynamic customer-facing role.

About the job

You will be responsible for supporting our customers, managing incoming tickets, escalating cases to the right departments when needed, and helping us improve our support processes across different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a great support experience across different channels (email, social media, etc.).
• Handle customer requests and administration tasks.
• Investigate and solve customer issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams by sharing customer feedback to improve our products and services.
• Support different projects and improvements within the Customer Support department.
• Gain experience in the fintech industry and learn about different digital products.

About you

• Good level of English; extra language will be a plus (spanish, dutch, german, italian...)
• Energetic team player with a positive mindset.
• Ambitious, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and research skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or previous customer service experience would be considered a plus.
