Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused, organized Customer Support Specialist to join our headquarters team in Downers Grove. In this role, you will be the central voice handling inquiries across our taprooms, event bookings, online merchandise shop, and distribution partners, ensuring every guest, client, and partner receives top-tier support.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to incoming customer, event, and wholesale inquiries via email, phone, and website forms
• Assist guests with taproom reservation questions, private event bookings, and general feedback
• Support online shop logistics, including processing merch orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns/exchanges
• Maintain accurate logs and customer notes in our CRM and event systems
• Work closely with taproom management, marketing, and distribution teams to resolve client requests quickly

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality support, or administrative care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, welcoming tone
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities with great attention to detail
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, or POS/reservation management software (e.g., Toast, SevenRooms)
• A genuine passion for craft beer, hospitality, or community-driven brands is a major plus!
