We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Executives to join our dynamic operations team. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice, chat, or email channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
• Meet defined KPIs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
