Your daily responsibilities

• Answering inbound inquiries from residents, families, and prospective clients via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer service issues with empathy and clear communication
• Collaborating with community teams to ensure consistent follow-through on support requests
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service outcomes in our support systems

What we are looking for

• Experience in a customer-facing support or service role
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfort navigating remote collaboration tools and ticketing platforms
• Commitment to compassionate service within senior care environments

Your first months at Inspirit Senior Living

You will have taken on day-to-day communication workflows, learned our community standards, and shipped prompt, effective resolutions to resident and family inquiries.

Compensation and benefits
