Customer Support Specialist

The Role

• Own enterprise support end-to-end, diagnosing complex issues, communicating clearly, and ensuring resolution.

• Provide high-quality technical support in English to a global customer base.

• Develop deep expertise in AI-powered customer experience platforms and their integrations.

• Identify trends in support tickets to provide valuable feedback to engineering and product teams.

• Create and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date technical documentation.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients throughout their engagement.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of experience in technical customer support for a SaaS or high-growth tech company, with a focus on B2B or enterprise clients.

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and/or telephony systems.

• Solid understanding of APIs and developer integrations, with the ability to troubleshoot code (Python or JavaScript preferred).

• A genuine interest in implementing and experimenting with AI solutions.

• Proven ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced, international, remote team environment.

• Strong analytical skills and a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
