My client is looking for a Customer Enablement & Support Specialist who can guide customers, solve challenges and help users confidently navigate sustainability platforms.
You'll train, support and empower clients while keeping problems from becoming disasters.
Your Powers?
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Customer support experience
- Training and onboarding expertise
- SaaS platform knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Sustainability or ESG exposure
- Ability to simplify technical concepts
